Temporary change in opening hours
Until April 30th our customer service team is available daily between 10:00 and 16:00. Please feel free to email us anytime to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply as soon as possible.
We will be adjusting our tour availability for the next few weeks.
Our website rss.is and reservation system will always show an updated tour schedule.
Rebookings and refunds
We highly recommend to our customers to rebook, free of charge. Regarding refunds, our policies are in effect.
We have always been flexible when cancellations of tour are necessary and Reykjavik Sightseeing refund policy is 24h+ notice in order to get full refund for day tours.
Due to high demand in our customer service, it can take longer than usual to process refund requests. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
