Experience the wildlife and nature adventure of a life-time on our most personal whale watching tour.

Whales, Puffins & Reykjavík is a 2 Hour whale & bird watching tour starting from Reykjavik Old Harbour everyday April 15th to October 31st.

Experience the wildlife and nature adventure of a lifetime on our most personal whale watching tour. Our custom made RIB boats can get you closer to the whales and puffins than any other whale watching tour out of Reykjavík. The RIB boats are fast, stable and safe boats that allow us to cover more area on our search for wild life, thus increasing your chances of spotting whales, dolphins and birds.

This amazing and fun whale-watching tour begins from the Old Reykjavík Harbour. First we visit the puffins in their natural habitat on the islands just off Reykjavík. Next we head out in search of the whales. Seeing these giants of the sea is definitely the experience of a lifetime and we might encounter some playful dolphins frolickingin the bay.

After our search for whales we head back towards Reykjavík, sail along the shoreline of the city and experience the unique view from the sea (perfect for photos). We then sail past the popular Sun Voyager sculpture and the lesser known side of Iceland’s most famous building, the architectural delight, Harpa Concert Hall.

Tour Highlights

Faxaflói Bay

Faxaflói is a bay in southwest Iceland, between the peninsulas of Snæfellsnes and Reykjanes. Reykjavík is situated on its southern shore. Faxaflói has been a source of nourishment of the people living on its shores where fishermen went out in small boats to fish for dinner.

Harpa Concert Hall

Harpa is a concert hall and conference centre in Reykjavík, Iceland. Harpa was designed by the Danish firm Henning Larsen Architects in co-operation with Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. Look out for events in Harpa while in Iceland.

"Reykjavik Sightseeing"

We took the 8 hour bus trip to see as much as we could in a short period of time. The bus was modern and comfortable. The tour guide was informative and we saw some very different landscapes. Parts of Iceland are unique and there are opportunities for awesome pictures. A favourite was watching the Geyser erupt every 8-10 minutes. Very interesting.

"South coast classic"

Just got back from the tour! We went on a large bus that was in pristine condition and always at a comfortable temperature. Though large, the tour felt more intimate than other large bus tours we had been on. The group may have been smaller and both the guide and driver reached out and connected with everyone on the tour. Both answered questions and were very happy to chat about Iceland and Icelandic culture. The audio guides were a nice addition

"Wonderful waterfall tour"

We did the southern Iceland tour that included the glacier hike and visiting three waterfalls. The bus was smaller than other companies, but had free wifi and individual tablets with information about various sights along the way. Our guide was excellent and went with us through a stream into the hidden waterfall area. He also took many pictures of us. I would highly recommend this company and would book them again.
