Tour Highlights

Gullfoss

Gullfoss is a waterfal that flows from Hvítá glacial river. It plummets down 32 meters into a canyon measuring up to a 70 meters deep. The waterfall's existence is the result of a hard fought legal battle in 1907 by the first Icelandic environmentalist, Sigríður Tómasóttir.

Geysir

Geysir, southwestern Iceland is the first geyser described in a printer source and the first known among Europeans. Geysir is in Haukadalur valley, also home to Strokkur geyser. Eruptions at Geysir can be up to 70 metres. Strokkur now erupts every 8-10 minutes from 15-20 metres up to 40 metres high.

Þingvellir

Þingvellir is a site of historical, cultural, and geological importance and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Iceland. It is a National Park since 1930 and a UNESCO world heritage site, hosting the old Þingvellir parliament. It lies in a rift valley that marks the crest of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge.

Seljalandsfoss

The Seljalandsfoss waterfall, like an oasis in the desert, stops the buses in their tracks and make visitors swoon at its magnificent glory. Standing at 60 meters, the most unique feature is the loop trail leading adventurous visitors right behind its watery curtain for an experience as rare as it is breathtaking.

Skógafoss

Skógafoss Waterfall is where a short walk up will reveal one of Iceland's most scenic views, with glaciers, volcanoes and black sandy beaches around you. The Skógá river hurls down the cliffs in the form of the Skógafoss waterfall. The waterfall is among the largest in the country with a width of 26m and a drop of 60m.

City of Reykjavík

Reykjavík is the capital and largest city of Iceland. It has a latitude of 64°08' N, making it the world's northernmost capital. With a population of around 120,000, it is the heart of Iceland's cultural, economic and governmental activity. It is among the cleanest, greenest, and safest cities in the world.

"Reykjavik Sightseeing"

We took the 8 hour bus trip to see as much as we could in a short period of time. The bus was modern and comfortable. The tour guide was informative and we saw some very different landscapes. Parts of Iceland are unique and there are opportunities for awesome pictures. A favourite was watching the Geyser erupt every 8-10 minutes. Very interesting.

"South coast classic"

Just got back from the tour! We went on a large bus that was in pristine condition and always at a comfortable temperature. Though large, the tour felt more intimate than other large bus tours we had been on. The group may have been smaller and both the guide and driver reached out and connected with everyone on the tour. Both answered questions and were very happy to chat about Iceland and Icelandic culture. The audio guides were a nice addition

"Wonderful waterfall tour"

We did the southern Iceland tour that included the glacier hike and visiting three waterfalls. The bus was smaller than other companies, but had free wifi and individual tablets with information about various sights along the way. Our guide was excellent and went with us through a stream into the hidden waterfall area. He also took many pictures of us. I would highly recommend this company and would book them again.
